the form is submitted, you will be contacted via email with a confirmation
that your access has been set-up. At
this point, you may now enter the extranet with your newly created account
using the username and password provided in the email. The
extranet allows you to perform a variety of functions including actions
such as:
access to a variety of information
ability to place orders
tracking orders through order status
ability to view/search order history
ability to assign administrative responsibilities within your company
To make the ordering experience easier, we have provided a Help feature. It describes the services available when a customer sets up an account on our web site. It is broken down into all possible actions along with a full explanation of the various fields and buttons within each screen. Every section displays a link to all of the contact information necessary to resolve any issue that may arise during your journey.
How to use:
Once the Help button is clicked, the Help window will open.
The window will contain three tabs: Contents, Index, and Search.
Contents - lists all sections contained within the Help. Simply click on the subject of interest and the page will load in the right-hand portion of the window.
Index - allows you to search the Help by keyword. After the keyword is entered, the index list will navigate to the keyword entered. Simply click on the word, a drop-down menu may appear listing all sections that contain the keyword. Click on the desired section and the page will load in the right-hand portion of the window.
Search - allows you to search the Help by any word. After the word is entered, hit the Enter button. A list of all sections that contain that word will appear. Click on the desired section and the page will load in the right-hand portion of the window.
Any
email links displayed within the Help are accessible by clicking on the
address. This
action will open a "new message" email in your email software
(e.g. Outlook).
